Your "Self" suit.
Hello All,
Yesterday, there was no post because there was no electricity, due to the freezing rain incident we had in my region.
Unfortunately, my house was also effected by the freezing rain along with all the neighboring houses alongside our street.
A tree branch couldn't carry the load of the ice and broke down and fell on the powerlines, which exploded in French.
Merde!
Due to this unfortunate event I had no electricity, internet and warmth during the night until the midday of the following day.
It was a clear reminder once again how we are dependent on our daily comforts that we got so used to!
We understand how important they are once we can't use them or in situations like this!
When I was a kid there were very frequent black outs and water restrictions in the city I grew up!
So I am used to the lack of certain things, though in here its a different story. Some services are vital for survival.
To stay in the dark is ok! I have my inner light.
Also, yesterday The Moon was nearly full there was some light.
Tonight I think she is full. From my living room I can watch the Moon rise and set when the weather is clear.
It gives me very dramatic views in here (one of the good aspects of living above the Hermes street or below - depending on the perspective!).
I enjoy watching her reflect the light of the Sun.
It reminds of people that reflect one another,
Some people when they don't know their worth or self,
They hang on to their insecurities and they create another self
A self that is fake,
A self that is generated by misconceptions and prejudices or biased acknowledgement of good or accepted in one's period.
When people wear this false self and accept it as their reference point,
the way that they perceive the world never matches the values of the true self!
They only reflect the things that they thought valuable, not the real value they hold in themselves.
This is why I find removal of self and looking deep inside yourself to search what is the real self very important step for one's discovery of their own being.
Of course it has to be followed by letting go of the fake self another very important step?
So after these achievements we can be cleaned up from all the loaded misconceptions named as the values in ourselves.
When someone can be freed from all the misconceptions of what they perceive as real or true values,
then they can begin working on their real self,
which is the real reflection of their soul !
About all these I don't claim to be an expert or a guide of any sort,
these are the things I observed, perceived, understood, comprehended and verified in my own journey.
I am sharing them with you if it could help you in anyway.
Though due to the nature of the subject matter
They are always going to be a biased information for you,
because these will be an information, values that will be external to you!
So, in principle this inner discovery and getting rid of the self or selves
is an inner journey and everybody will have their own unique journey
unless they choose to take this massive, long and hard undertaking.
I am sure you will find a very deep and complex self
when you start to dig underneath your false mask AKA your "shallow self"
After you find your real self
you will start to find many things
like the cause of your trauma's
Its full of painful stuff!
If you can manage to release them
it will liberate you and open you the doors of a
new life!
High likely its going to be still in the same f.cked up economy and all your wordly
problems will be still there! Though hopefully you will have less burdens tearing up your soul!
One less suffering!
