Hello Reader,
I had an awful night, "I had an old visitor came by in the middle of the night...around 4 am I woke up with a terrible pain it made my stomach sick...so I had a date with my old lover..."Migraine"...until the morning I have battled with the pain and today 2h ago she was still showing her face to me...I took my medicine in advance and now I am ok but it might show up again...I am assuming the wind we had over here last couple of days intensified yesterday...I don't know what is the relation but whenever there is a windy weather I have this pain..the windy weather triggers my attacks...yesterday especially at night it was blowing strong...and whenever its windy like this I don't even need to get out and exposed to the wind to have the migraine attacks...reader I'll keep it short..I want to rest and take care of myself...maybe I'll eat a bowl of ice-cream maybe I already ate one bowl and will ate a second bowl..who knows...Ice cream I scream...
