Hello Reader,
We have finished another week....weekends pass so quickly...I guess I like slow days....passing time slowly without rush...its been a good day... I wake up early because my nose is clogged and I couldn't breath..although it helped me to start my day early...I woke up walked around a little bit than I cleared up my clogged nose and did my meditation...it was a fruitful meditation...I guess when I am not rushing around my meditations are more grounded...today I found plenty of time to do many things...so its been a long fruitful day... I have played console, walked my dog, made a "UFO" burger...basically a burger closed by bread...I made the burger bun dough and buried a burger, cheese, tomato sauce, onions and donair (home made) in the bread and baked them in the oven with home made Frites aka Frieten (not from processed frozen product but from real potatoes). My experiment with UFO burger turned out to be a great dish....we really enjoyed it...it was so good that I could have ate 3 more of it if there was more....Also, I tried to make my take of "pana cotta" with milk, whipping cream, coccao, sugar and gelatin.. it also turned out to be a great desert...so reader I found some time to cook....Also, we changed my son's room set up today as well....Now I will prepare our lunches for tomorrow...and I plan to play a little bit more of console if my son does not choose to play it...
