Hello Reader,
We have just cleaned our popsicles and heating our butt's back to warmth... in this walk my dog learned the command "jump"... she associates jump as jumping in the snow and continuing to jump in it like a snow bunny...the roads were ok today...the weather is in the seasonal average it was crisp and good to walk...hopefully tonight I will not sleep and skip of my meditation...there is no change of feeling very tired...I guess for some reason my body entered in the hibernation mode...reader I don't like to get supplements from time to time I get a vitamin C once a week and have one magnesium supplement...and that's it...reader maybe I should get supplements but I am trying to get my nutrients in normal ways...but I need to get magnesium because I drink purified water and its not as rich in the minerals as a natural spring water...probably its already a treated water and when I filter it further there are no minerals left in it so lack of minerals cause lots of issues so I take a magnesium tablet every couple of week and when I cannot eat as much fresh berries or fruits I pop a vitamin C...today in my drive Ishtar was majestic I murmured sacred poems to her as she took my head in her cotton candy red chest with crisp erect nipples..
