I have not watched news for a day...it felt good..today was colder than yesterday and it was windy...squirrels discovered the bird feeder with full of seeds...they are trying to get to it and my dog is watching them on the coach all day and she got pissed by them...she is barking to them all day...I can see that they managed to drop the seeds to the ground and my dog was barking to them all day..she did terrible things this morning we argued with her...last night I woke up at 5 am on the couch than went to my bed...I slept 3 hours more on the bed if you can call that a sleep...a big headache hand in hand with night mares...I woke up with a headache my sinuses were clogged my face was burning my head was heavy, I looked for vick vaprub to put some on my nostrils to ease the breathing ...couldn't' find it but found Tiger Balm...I put some on my temples one rub in between my eyes and one to my nostrils, swallowed a pain killer and washed it with a cup of coffee and munched some krispy kreme doughnut...than I took the pillow that I use for my meditation ( I put it behind my back to support my posture) and placed on the couch to get ready for my meditation, but first I went to basement for the bathroom break...I spent 5-10 minutes there and when I came back to couch I found my dog destroyed my pillow....all the fluff was outside....I was shocked and get so angry to her...she understood as she was calmer and exactly like a kid who was caught while being nasty...I took her to the crate which is her punishment...usually I put her in her crate for about 10-15 minutes as time out...she slept there with puppy eyes as I tried to put all the fluff back where it came from...hopefully some how the pillow was not destroyed instead the zipper was open and I put the fluff back in and closed the zipper...of course the shape of pillow is gone as she teared down the inner lining...anyways all was in and I tried to put it back to shape to the best I can..then I did my meditation the day passed easy and slow...two hour ago I went to buy gas for tomorrow then walked my dog it was cold and icy...than I took shower and here I am....all day I played some games on the console...cooked some and ate some...now I will prepare our lunches for tomorrow and than rest....
