great gig om road
Hello Reader,
Today's been a Tuesday in the Halloween costume of Monday...This is because we had a long weekend here and yesterday was off...tomorrow we are expecting snow but today was very warm but very cloudy and foggy especially when I was driving to work...my dog missed me greatly today...she was extremely happy to see me today...I want to buy some records but lately I am focussed on eliminating my credit card debt which is taking all my record money....specific to this week tomorrow I need to drive to work again....so reader I need to keep it quick today...I plan to do my meditation right away after I write this piece because lately all the time I fell a sleep, when I leave this to later...reader once you meditate with breath work in some seasons its so challenging to do your meditation because in some seasons your airways get clogged by mucus...and you cannot go to deeper and longer breaths that take couple of minutes...it becomes painful...unfortunately since I was a little boy my airways were always clogged and I always had a sour throat and got sick all the time...I believe my body has smaller airways which tend to clog quickly...meditation and breath works helped me a lot with this I can breath deeper and more with all my airways...I started to become less sick...at least due to problems related to blockage of my airways...although all these problems still there and at specific times of years like the changing of seasons start of the spring summer and autumn during the pollen season there is high likely chance of blockages..and I am reading more now and learning that the type of foods that you eat also have effect on the formation of these blockages..anyways enough with the problems of mucus build up :) lets proceed with the poem...
continuous focus on the feeling good don't falter my breakthrough
mostly cloudy judgement aint lemon shoot heard finally big load
noxious mucus on the hiding under the hood won't matter regardless of cleaned through
lastly naughty disappointment faint common do not guard folly great gig om road
