Hi Reader,
I have not talked about how yesterday was....the road was horrific..I drove over 2 cm's of ice 75 km...there were many accidents...I got very stressed on the road and today I am feeling exhausted and sick...I have done the shopping today and it add to my exhaustion..I have walked my dog earlier but not a long walk because every where is still covered in ice and I don't want to fell down she drags to much...now I will drink some beers and listen to music...if you can relate....last night I fell a sleep on the couch and wake up by video telling the benefits of meditation...which I skipped by falling a sleep so at 2 am I made my meditation and I run out of sleep so opened some people talking to fell a sleep again..I slept and around 4 am in the morning I wake up to the whining of my dog.. I opened a beer now and my dog is scratching my feet to get some chips...so after I wake at 4 am (that what she usually does...she wakes me I go to bed then she goes to my place in the couch which I prewarmed for her...)...so I went to bed and than slept once again waked up by the barking of my dog around 8:30 am...so I had this divided sleep...and of course I had my morning meditation like usual... oh by the way for some reason my left wrist and my right shoulder is hurting...I didn't do something specific to hurt them probably these are all because of the tenseness of the drive...
