Hello Reader,
It was an easy Sunday...I have seen weird dreams and a little bit of dark and I can make sense of the things I have seen in my dream...there were the things I have as fears and anxieties my mind harvested are shown to me as they were in a weird scenario...I woke up completely clogged it was difficult to breath and I had a slight headache...like I was hammered the night before...although I didn't drink anything with alcohol but it felt like I had a hungover...I slept early too...last night I only watched a movie and then watched some news and fell a sleep...after I woke up went on directly to my meditation but it was not a pleasant one with all the clog in my air tracts...it really messes up with the deep breathwork...after I started to prepare the breakfast for my son and his friends... pan cakes, fried flower sausages, croissants (frozen ones) and other stuff I usually prepare for breakfast...olive oil dip with spices, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, cheese slices (cheddar and mozzarella), toasted baguette slices, olives (green, black and pickled), spicy spread (have the following ingredients in it: tomato paste, crushed walnut, pepper paste, olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic, thyme, sesame seeds, chili flakes, ground black pepper, dried mint) and of course lets not forget the fruit (strawberries and black berries) than the drink (orange juice).... I like my long breakfasts with a lot of variety....than after the breakfast kids went back to their play and shortly they went back to their home...I played a little bit of console and than took my dog for a walk...and filled my tank for tomorrow...unfortunately I still have not won the lottery so I have to stop dreaming for the house by the lake for a while...until next time I buy the lottery ticket...after we came back to home I took my bath and now slowly drying my long hair and writing these words to you...oh I forget we drank soup in between..
