con-text hive bents

Kiitos, for being here, anteeksi I don't know Finnish...these are couple of Finnish words I learned today.. I don't want to give you a wrong impression I am not a student trying to learn Finnish...it looks like a difficult language but I guess pronunciation of words felt similar to my native language...I just have several videos in my feed which were teaching Finnish.. we got wet under the rain with my dog....its been a long and busy day for me...I went to shopping to stock the pantry...unfortunately..first I need to put some gas in my truck as it was empty from yesterday...and I found out that I need to buy gas 0.25$ more for a liter because of the war...anyways I have done the shopping than came back home and decided to make cookies while I was gathering supplies in kitchen I found a bag of coconut shavings so I decided to make a coconut cookie along with the almond cookie....I prepared the same dough with same recipe with 2 different nuts....except for the nuts used in it all ingredients are same...both ended of to be two different great cookies than I remembered to make the savory snacks so I prepared the dough of it which is still resting...as I started doing my savory snack dough I remembered that I have some pickle juice leftover which I saved to do further beet pickles and I started making another jar of beet pickle...and I remembered that I should walk my dog...we got out... but before my son went to his friend for his birthday they live close by they will have a sleepover...when we got out it was raining slowly but as we walk a long distance from home it started rain more...Rain...its literally spring but we expect further snow on wednesday...28 cm it says for now...so we were drenched with my dog....than I thought what I was to cook for the dinner...I have not planned anything for tonight so I went to the supermarket again...there is one close by...but its expensive and I usually go there to buy meat and hard to find ingredients...So I bought some beef medallions...and I decided to make a peppercorn steak on caramelized onions asparagus and portabella mushroom on the side.....I seared the medallions on butter and peppercorn with further ground pepper and salt..then in another pan I caramelized onions and seared mushrooms and asparagus in olive oil..placed the onions in a oven tray and placed the beef medallions on top placed the vegie and fungi around than off to the oven...it was delicious....juicy and beefy....now I have to bake my savory snack...I bought strawberries and I want to eat strawberry...its exhausting when your mind works on multiple things at once...Sielunmaisema....dear Finnish friends I know this word is for beautiful landscapes...but I wanted to use it for soul landscapes if its alright with you...😘
