Last night I had a terrible sleep...because I woke up with the migraine pain at something like 4- 5 am not very sure but it was very early...than I tried to contain the pain for a while but it kept progressing...normally I don't want to use the pain killer as long as I don't need to...but it kept prograssing and progressing...I took the pain killer in the end...and go to the living room as laying down increased the pain...so I sat on the couch and half laid down on many pillows...I found my self passed out like that around 6:30 am the pain was gone though... so I went to bed and slept until 10:30....but later on I realised that our time is changed so according to normal time its 9:30 still a very late time for me to wake up...but I felt way better there was no pain but my nose was clogged left one...I guess I have tight airways causing me all kinds of issues like allergies, headaches, migraine, sinus blockages, sour throat....although I need to admit cold air and fresh clean air minimalized most of these issues after I moved to Canada...last night after I wrote to you I baked my savory snack as well but I guess I did it a little more than the usual because it took three sessions to cook all of it...but I guess the recipe is perfected...because they are so crunchy and savory also it stays fresh more than a week it does not go stale...this recipe is the knock of version of "Karpas" savory snack I mentioned to you earlier...from that recipe I only took the sugar out....instead added the salt...today we walked earlier with my dog and we walked very long because the weather was very good...she has this new thing now,,,she always asks me to take her a ride with the truck...earlier she was not into going trip with a car...now she started to enjoy it...when we come back from the walk she always stops in the backdoor of the truck cabin and show the door with her nose and looks back at me..this time I took her for a short drive because I needed to fill my tank completely...yesterday with the thoughts of it will be cheaper today I have not filled it...but there was very little change in the price...1 cent cheaper today...anyways than I tackled one of the repairs that i need to complete in the house and completed it...it was a torn fly screen of one of the windows in living room.. I take out the old screen and refitted a new one it looks like brand new now,,,but as I was taking shower later on I found out the drain is clogged...I tried to clean it up with this tool which takes out the hair from the drain but nothing came out ...now I am waiting the water to completely drain so I can apply drain opener...reader I talk to you tomorrow...
