Hello Reader,
Its not very cold but I am freezing...I don't know why its like this but I feel overall less energetic, sleepy, cold and airways clogged...its very challenging to do the meditation when you have a clogged nose...today we walked with my dog during my lunch break...she dragged me to the park...and I thought what the hell weather is going well probably all the snow and ice is melted and there is no flood...(usually exit of the park floods with melting snow water so I avoid it around this time of the year)...so here we went there was still ice on the path partially in the entrance....than a huge section completely frozen and ice....when we were in the middle of the icy section my dog saw another dog coming toward us and got very very excited....she nearly made me fall...it was soo close...for the dinner I made "pea soup" with mushrooms it was good...I popped open one of my pickles...but they were not done yet probably it needs 1-2 weeks more for the beets...after the dinner we went for a second walk it was very cold....actually it was showing 2C....oh before the walk we went to the bank so I can withdraw some money to give my son's allowance...altogether my dog my son and me went to the bank and withdraw some money than we decided to treat ourselves with dairy queen sundaes I got the strawberry he had the chocolate....than after eating ice cream me and my dog head out for another walk...it was cold and snowing slowly....I thought we were in the spring...ooh by the way couple of days back I have seen a very weird dream since that day I feel under the weather strange...
