Today I rested mostly.... only walked my dog for a bit...I just showered and came down here to write...

it will be brief...Its been an easy Sunday...I have been trying to watch news and rest but my dog constantly keeps whining...she has been playing with us but its never enough for her...today for some reason she has a lot of energy...
